At LINSY HOME, we want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team at support@linsyhome.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a refund.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a professional pickup for oversized items like sofas and bed frames.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
